What does science say about snails?
Have you ever held a snail and felt a glue-like substance sticking to your hand?
That was snail mucus, my friend!
Snail mucin is the transparent and sticky liquid that surrounds the snails. This mucin is rich in protein, prevents moisture evaporation in snails, protects them from injuries, and aids in their movement.
Did you know? :)
The sun's UV rays can cause external aging and cellular damage in humans. Research suggests that snail mucin can help decrease wrinkle formation, moisture loss, and improve elasticity in skin exposed to UV rays. Although this research has been conducted on mice, studies remain positive about the benefits of snail mucin.
So, the next time you see a snail, please remember that it is extremely important to the cosmetic industry!
What do angels say through snails?
Yesterday, I was taking a post-lunch walk and began looking at the trees and plants around me. As I was basking in the joy of nature, I noticed something unusual. There were three big snails stuck to the wall, and they were pooping!
It was unusual because it was the first time that I had found those three snails in that spot.
I was absolutely thrilled! I began saying hello to them while admiring their big shells :D.
Now, as I reflect, I realise that it could have been the angels telling us that when we are in environments that are enriching (like nature), we can find blessings in unusual places too.
For me, the blessings were the snails. For you, my friend, the blessing could look different, but it would still feel like a blessing!
So, if you have been waiting for a blessing to arrive, please step into an environment that enriches you. Who knows? You could find your angelic blessing there! :D
I do hope your blessing isn't pooping when you find it :p.
Until next time!
