I have been fortunate to have been surrounded by snails. You may ask, surrounded by snails? How is that possible?
Great question!
I live in an apartment building that has a lot of greenery and a lot of snails in that greenery.
As a highly sensitive person, I can sense the energy of snails and communicate with them telepathically. I know that there are many others like me around the globe. I know that many highly sensitive, sensitive, and spiritual individuals could relate to snails.
How can sensitive souls relate to snails?
Snails, the majestic beings that they are, often teach me about human living. They show me how snails are and aren't dissimilar to humans, and how we can learn from their behavior.
There are numerous stimuli that highly sensitive or sensitive people encounter every day, which puts them in a position to receive different types of information. As someone who is sensitive, I tend to absorb different types of information, including energetic, psychic, emotional, and cognitive. I know that many sensitive souls experience information overload, which could be a difficult place to be in. Our nervous system becomes like an overcrowded vehicle, overfilled with information of different types and intensities.
At such times, I find it helpful to spend time with snails. Their movement and behavior soothe me. Their energy allows me to breathe! It is almost like being close to a friend who wants nothing from you...nada! Nothing at all!
Have you ever wondered if snails could be energetically sensitive too?
I reckon that they are!
When I hold them in my hands, I feel them being scared of the sudden change in their environment. I guess it is a drastic change for snails to transition from being on the ground or a pot to being on my hands. I feel embarrassed that I have to pick up snails and create a sudden change for them. However, I can't stop myself from petting those beautiful creatures!
I don't mean to criticize non-highly sensitive individuals. However, I wonder if non-highly sensitive people feel for highly sensitive people (like I do for snails). Especially when it comes to people who shout a lot or are critical, I wonder if they know that their presence can sometimes stir up overwhelming emotions for sensitive souls. To me, it almost feels like a sudden change in the environment.
At such times, I feel like a snail.
I have to share that I am attracted to snails because I find them to be cool, and they are my angelic blessings too. Yes, I have been working with angels for the past five years, and my angels bring me messages through snails. Sometimes, the messages are those of love and friendship, and other times, the messages come in the form of warning signs and reminders.

Angels are real?
Oh, yes! Angels are real energetic beings who are here to help planet Earth and all its inhabitants, including animals, plants, humans, and insects. Also, everyone has angels. We don't have to be 'special' to have angels. Not at all! No sir!
Angels are good at protecting the energetic and psychic gifts of sensitive individuals. They are warm, soothing, and comforting energies that help sensitive souls navigate their lives. I've worked with different angels to protect my energy, clear my energy, raise my frequency, manifest blessings, and adapt to self-love practices.
In 2020, I had a life-threatening spiritual awakening that led me to search for my guardian angel. I grew out of all my relationships and wasn't able to secure a job. I was constantly bombarded with lower energies and spirits. It was a dark time!
So, I began relying on my intuition. I took many courses and trained myself to listen, understand, and sense angels like guardian angels, archangels, unicorns, dragons, and nature spirits too. If I didn't learn about angels, I would be massively overstimulated, physically challenged, lost, and unhappy. My sensitivity levels would have been challenging to manage, and I wouldn't have made angelic friends.
What can angels do for sensitive souls?
Angels understand the challenges of sensitive souls. They see us (I include myself) being challenged with toxic energies, vampire energies, emotional overwhelm, confusion, and self-love blocks. They encourage us to keep learning, mostly about ourselves, as that can support our happiness.
Angelic energy is filled with pure love. Their love can help us recognise the love in ourselves and encourage us to take steps to change our lives.
When angels come into the picture, they can create gradual changes in the lives of sensitive souls. For example, angels could encourage sensitive souls to speak more positively about themselves, protect their energy, learn new skills, or focus on creativity and rest. Angels also form energetic and psychic boundaries between negative energy and sensitive souls. Angelic boundaries help sensitive people move through life faster and more easily. Although I have to emphasize that energetic and psychic change takes time.
Angels can create changes either by closing doors or opening new ones, both of which can be like a sudden change for a sensitive soul. Also, we can experience inner turmoil while working with angels, as our shadows are challenged by angelic love.
Basically, angelic energy compels us to change or leave circumstances, either of which could be challenging but rewarding.
For example, I've had to work on my thinking process and mindset massively. The angels encouraged me to develop self-love, self-esteem, and softness towards my inner child. They motivated me to focus on entrepreneurship. Most importantly, they have helped me raise my standards, treat myself equal to others, and live my truth. These changes came about with consistent practise and created changes in many spheres of life.
At the end of the day, I feel closer to my inner child and feel surrounded by love.

I wanted to share that angels believe differently. They see the potential of sensitive souls and wish to support them in living the best versions of their lives, versions imagined and not.
