I have blogged about snails hibernating for long periods, such as three months or more, but what do we know about them in regard to sleep?

When I read more about snails through a research study, I understood that water snails experience periods of dormancy. During dormancy, snails are not affected by dryness or cold weather. When scientists studied water snails, they found that snails had reduced responses to stimuli such as touch and food offerings. Although the reduced responses lasted for 20 minutes, the snails seemed relaxed during that period. Here is another interesting fact — the water snails appeared to be sleeping without withdrawing into their shells.
However, terrestrial or land snails show contrasting behavior. Scientists say that terrestrial or land snails sleep to protect themselves from dryness and predators, while withdrawing into their shells.
So, the next time you see a snail, you can ask yourself if it is a land snail or a water snail. You could also notice if the snail is moving or has withdrawn into its shell.

What do angels say through snails?
I am going to be honest! My snail feeding time has decreased drastically from five hours a week to ten minutes a week. Suddenly, I find myself occupied with more stimulating activities!
Clearly, I need to be closer to my snails! I am going to make it a point to spend more time with snails this weekend!
Anyway, I spent some time with a snail last weekend. It was a beautiful snail, as its shell had unique lines and patterns. I was fascinated! :D
I was feeding the snail a Jasminum flower, and at one point, I realised that it was trying to tell me something. Usually, I call on my angels while feeding snails to teach me or give me messages. So, I presume that the snail was guiding me to listen to something my angels were trying to tell me.
For those of you who are new to my world, hello! :)
I am an intuitive medium, energy worker, and a highly sensitive person. I have been working with angels for over five years. My angels lead me to snails, and the snails lead me to angelic messages.
What a wonderful cycle! Don't you think so too?
Anyway, when I was feeding the snail, I began sensing a painful energy near my left ear.
I could feel the snail's energy change. The snail’s energy transformed into a gentler energy, and it was guiding me to move away physically from that energy. It felt like it was telling me not to listen to that energy, as it was a vampire.
From that experience, I understand that my angels were telling me not to listen to vampire energies or people who want me to listen to them so that I can be held back.
Often, people in pain can be the people who try to hold us back.
(P.S. - I am not judging people who are going through painful situations, but I am saying that people who do not mean well for us can be people who are going through painful situations in their lives too.)
So, on behalf of all my angels and snails, I wish to pass on the message to you, my dear reader. If you've been wanting to live a certain way but feel held back by the people in your life, please know that you can showcase self-love. Here, self-love could mean moving away from people who don’t have your best interests at heart.
It is my suggestion that you listen to your angelic soul and your positive mind.
